HOPE PLACE, BANGKOK THAILAND Watch Hope Place, Bangkok Video [City View of Bangkok, Thailand] [Pastor Goft and Pastor Mom - Hope Place, Bangkok] Pastor Goft joined the pastoral team of the youth ministry in Hope of Bangkok church seven years ago after he graduated with a Masters degree in economics. Pastor Goft and Pastor Mom got married in February 2007. Together, they oversee a Hope centre in Bangkok with 700 people. The centre has grown over the years through continue spiritual support and guidance from Ps PN and Ps Sunee. The centre consists of people from the high school students group, university group and young professionals group. The members in the centre serve God with unity, vision and biblical values. Pastor Goft is a gifted bible teacher. His passion is to see young people reach their full potential and serve God. The students groups do outreach in Bangkok and missions work in Northern Thailand. They travel two to four times a month to the country, driving long distances (about 600-800 kilometres). Recently, Pastor PN has released Pastor Goft to overseas mission work in West Africa. HOPE PLACE HEALING MEETING On Wednesday night, over 100 young working adults gathered at Hope Place for a healing meeting. Pastor Goft and the leadership team prayed and fasted for God to provide physical and emotional healing among the working adults. Thank God for three visitors who accepted Christ on the night and for the many healings that took place. HEALING TESTIMONIES God healed Jor’s hearing and speech Since Jor was born, she has suffered from hearing and speech difficulties. Jor needs hearing aids in both ears to be able to hear. Also, Jor can only speak at a very slow pace. After receiving healing, Jor removed her hearing aids and was still able hear when we tested her hearing. Furthermore, Jor’s speech also improved after prayer. Praise the Lord! God healed Gift’s night vision I had an operation called LASIK, a laser treatment for my eyes, to treat my short-sightedness. However my short-sightedness was so severe that because of the operation, I have problems with my night vision. I am unable to focus on light at night, since it seemingly scatters everywhere. A consequence of my impairment is that I cannot drive at night. After receiving healing however, my night vision has improved to the extent that I am now able to drive at night. Praise the Lord! I can't believe it. I thought that I could never drive at night anymore, but God is my ultimate healing. Thank you, my almighty Lord. God healed Man’s leg and knee Man injured her leg to the extent that she could not walk without experiencing pain in her knee and leg. After the healing service though, she was able to walk without any pain. God healed Nan’s wrist Nan was injured in a car accident and was taken to hospital. As a result of the accident, his wrist had to be bandaged, which has restricted the movement of his arm and wrist. After praying for healing, Nan is now able to move, and use his wrist normally without any pain. God healed Ked from her hearing impairment Last week, Ked had problem with her right ear, losing 95% hearing. However after receiving prayer, full hearing was restored. Praise and all thanks to God!
