Hello I am Pastor Ian Foley from Hope Christian Church, Melbourne. We have just had a week of special ministry with Peter Truong including two healing services; one in Frankston, one in Waverley.

Signs and Wonders from Above

There was this mother who had a problem with blurry eyes and moving pattern across her eyes and we prayed for her. We just prayed simply and briefly and as we were praying; like we were holding our hands over her eyes and when we removed our hands, we could see that there was a difference. When she opened her eyes there was a scream of joy which everybody heard. This changed the level of faith in the meeting. She tested her eyes and the right eye was completely cleared and the left eye was improving so we really praised God for that. There have been a number of other healings reported, but we do not have testimonies for them all.




Stepping Out In Faith

One of the really encouraging things that we are seeing is that our people are rising up in maturity and in faith and are really praying with a lot more faith and with a sense of God’s presence and God’s leading.

We see them exercising words of knowledge and when they’re praying, they’re really seeking God to discover the root needs of the people that were coming forward to pray and then to pray in faith and then really believe that God will heal.

Healing Testimonies

God restored Seamlon Lim's eyes

I thank God for healing my eyesight. I’ve had problems with both of my eyes due to scars from an operation 16 years ago. It progressively worsened to the point where vision in my left eye decreased by 40-50%. My right eye is constantly blurry and I only have 70% vision in that eye. Doctors have struggled many times to find a solution and a cure.

On Thursday, the 21st of August, I had many problems seeing people (double vision) and from that night onwards, traffic lights had four lights instead of three. Meng then asked me to come for the healing service. So I cancelled all my appointments just for this particular healing service because I saw the video of God healing people and I too believed that God could heal me.

On Sunday, Peter asked for people who wanted to receive healing and I responded to the altar call. Many leaders prayed for me including Peter Truong. I remember when Peter Truong and Pastor Ian placed their hands over my eyes there was a dramatic change in my eyes.

Praise God that I didn’t have any blurry vision in my right eye and my left eye improved: I can now see the colour yellow.

I believe by faith that on the 10th of October when I will be going to the specialist, God will complete the restoration in my left eye. I thank God for Peter’s Healing Service and I can really see God’s power shown in my life.

God healed Faith from rashes

Since December 2007, I’ve had some rashes above my lips. My doctor said it was some kind of viral infection and prescribed medication that I’m still using. After Peter prayed for me, one side was better. My husband also has a growing tumour in his earlobe and he has been experiencing pain because of it. After Peter prayed, there was no more pain. Praise God for the healing!

God restored Peter Wong's eyesight

Hallelujah, all glory and thanks to God the Father.

I have suffered from glaucoma and cataracts in both eyes for a long time, and today I am still under medical supervision. My right eye had undergone surgery before for both problems, and God had provided healing during the recovery period.

Before the surgery, my left eye was the better of the two, but had deteriorated later with constant on and off blurry vision with the ongoing eye drop treatment not helping much.

On Sunday morning my right eye was feeling ok. Nevertheless I went out for prayer under my wife’s prompting. Although I told you that my eyesight was ok at that moment, I thank you for your determination and faith to pray for complete restoration in my eye.

After prayer, I didn’t experience any difference, but by the following Friday night, I felt that I didn’t have blurry vision as I travelled to our Cell Group meeting. I believe God had given me healing and by faith, I will continue to hold onto the promise of the Cross.
