Declaring the Glory of God...

Hello, I am Siew Kee from Hope Sibu. Welcome to Sibu. Sibu is a nice place. You can see behind me the wharf which is a landmark of Sibu. We are very excited about the healing services. We have two: one is on Sunday morning and the other is on Monday night. We had a total attendance of over 200 people for these two services and we had a total of 47 salvations. Praise God for this number, it’s a church record.

Exercising spiritual gifts...

God is really moving in our church and many people received emotional healing. People were set free and the most important and most exciting news was the people: parents came and accepted Christ. This is what we really want to see. Our leaders have increased in faith to really pray boldly by depending on God. We are so excited to see miracles happen in our church so I want to say thank you Peter for coming and encouraging us.

In the future, we will continue to pray in faith. Thank you and may God bless you and your church to see more miracles happen and salvations happen.

Healing testimonies

God healed my long-term migraines ...

My name is Lee Li Ying. I really praise God for His tremendous grace in my life! I have suffered from migraines ever since the birth of my youngest son in 1987. It affects my daily life but I’ve learned to live with it.

However on certain days, the pain can be excruciating to the point where I take ten tablets of painkillers to soothe the pain. However after coming to this healing rally, God healed me totally from the migraines. I’m now completely set free! Life is wonderful with these migraine-free days! Medicine may fail sometimes, but Jesus is the greatest doctor of all! All glory unto Him.


My parents accepted Christ....

I'm Wong Suok Ping from the student's group. I am extremely excited because God has started His amazing work in my family’s life! I praise God because on the 12th and 13th of October 2008, God touched the hearts of my parents, and they responded by dedicating their lives to Him!

I accepted Christ five years ago and since then God has been doing a tremendous transformation in my life. In 2006, I started to have the burden for my family’s salvation. Therefore, I committed myself to pray. There was a sense of urgency in me to pray for their salvation, because they needed God. Before this healing rally, I fasted and prayed that my family will attend. Although they declined many times, I repeatedly invited them and never gave up! Praise God! My mum finally attended the service on Sunday, and my dad attended the healing rally the next day. Both my parents made the best decision ever to accept Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour! I remember vividly that the Word of God says in Acts 16:31 “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household." This is God’s promise and He is starting to fulfil it! I am constantly praying that God will give me and the church wisdom to help my parents grow and have life-changing experiences in Christ! In addition to that, I too pray that my elder brother and sister will receive salvation soon. Praise God for He is leading us in our daily lives, all glory to God!


God started his miraculous work in my life....

I’m Jiang Chui Zhang from the family group. Praise God for what God has done in my life! Prior to this, I suffered from severe back pain for the past two to three years. Because of this back pain, I was unable to twist or bend my body and I could not apply the required force to my chores. Even the slightest pressure to the back could cause intense pain.

Sometimes, four or five times a week, the pain can get very severe. However after the healing rally, God started his miraculous work in my life! Now the pain has lessened in intensity dramatically and I can twist and bend a little. Initially, I also suffered from leg pain. I used to limp and hobble due to the pain, but now after prayer, I feel much better, and now I can walk more properly. I truly believe that God will continue to heal me, and I would like to encourage everyone to have more faith towards the Lord. One important lesson that I’ve learned is that we must have patience in waiting for God to work, because God’s timing will always be precise, and it is all part of his perfect will.


Daniel able to express his emotions

My name is Lana, and I would like to share how God started His healing power in my friend’s life. My friend, Daniel suffered brain damage from a traffic accident in 2006. After surgery, he lost his cognitive functions, and was unable to express his emotions too.



During this healing rally, God’s presence was so strong, even right from the start of the service. Tears started to flow down his face even during praise and worship, and it was such a sweet sight. He finally was able to express his emotions and this is truly the work of our great God. I am constantly praying that he will recuperate and be wholly restored soon, because I know that Jesus loves him deeply. May his life be constantly enfolded in the love and grace of God.
