KAREN CHRISTIAN REVIVAL CHURCH - OMAHA (USA)
The Karen Christian Revival Church in Omaha, Nebraska, USA, is an ethnic church formed five years ago because of the influx of Karen refugees from Thailand. The church grew from a handful of people to around 500 people today under the leadership of Pastor Chrysler Gay and Saw Kuh. The church helps meet the needs of new refugees arriving in Omaha and brings them to experience Christ through a loving community.
Coming to Omaha, Nebraska to conduct healing rallies among the Karen refuge people bring back so many memories. I remember a few years ago, I was at a Karen refugee camp near the border of Thailand and Burma. There were thousands of displaced Karen people living in small wooden huts. These people had to flee from their villages because of persecution and ethnic cleansing. I got invited to speak at the refugee camp on top of the hill. Many people climb their way to church to hear the word of God and receive prayer for healing. God healed many people got during the service. I felt compassion on these people because I was once was a refugee fleeing from my homeland.

The Bible says one day people from all tribes, people groups will stand before the throne of God and worship Him. God desires to see all people groups come and worship Him on earth and in heaven. Let us make an effort to make Christ’s love, healing and power known to all tribes of the world.
I really enjoy ministering to the Karen people because of their great faith in God. They are simple people who used to dwell on the mountainsides of Burma. We had three healing rallies on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Many people came to the healing service with great faith for God to do miracles. We witnessed many physical, emotional and spiritual healings among the Karen people. One of the outstanding miracles took place when a young man who was totally deaf in the right ear was able to hear clearly.
