[A Healing Church, Bible Conference] 
Hope Brisbane has just conducted a wonderful bible conference called “A Healing Church” over the weekend. The speakers of the conference were: Dr Wilson Lim, Pastor Lai Ling, Pastor Brendan Kirby (Hope Adelaide) and Peter Truong. Topics that were taught at this conference included: · Facts about Divine Healing, · Obstacles to Healing, · Practical guidelines in Healing ministry, · The practice of the Gift of Healing and much more.
During the conference, members and visitors received physical and inner healing. The conference also included a Healing Service called “Supernatural Sunday”. Thank God for a total of 545 people who attended this special service. The power of God was present through the lives that were saved and healed. There were eleven people who accepted Christ and many people were healed through prayer on Sunday. Special thanks and appreciation must go to Conference committee, WAM, visual team and everyone for organising this life changing event. (Read Healing testimonies below)
HEALING OF HEARING PROBLEMS
Dr Noel, a medical doctor was invited by his daughter Marion (Eureka Group) to Healing Service. He has 50% hearing reduction in his left ear. After prayer, he tested his ear and felt a difference. He can now hear in both ears. He and his wife accepted Christ on Sunday. Thank God!
Jocelyn (Joseph Group) had a problem where she would hear unwanted noises in her ear. Every now and then she would hear her ear popping. On Saturday, she was on the worship team and since there was a call for people with hearing problems, she decided to put her hand on her ear and commit it to God. Joy came and prayed for her and received a vision of a piece of paper with a hole, and she saw the hole getting smaller. Jocelyn who was standing next to the drums, tested her ear, and found that she didn’t hear any unnecessary noises. Praise God!
Norma (Eureka Group) went forward to the call for people with hearing problems. Norma had difficulty hearing on the right ear and as she was prayed for, she felt a tinkling in her right ear and then found that the voices around her was louder than before. Praise God! God healed her back and ear.
HEALING OF ASTHMA / HEART PAIN / COMMON COLD
Sam (Judah 7) had asthma since he was 10 years old. On Sunday morning, he felt his airway become very narrow and worsened during Praise and Worship. Kelvin, Puay Siong and Han prayed for him and after receiving prayer, Sam testified that he can breathe better now. Praise God!
Roger (Eureka Group)had persistent pain in his heart for the last 2 years. After receiving prayer, the pain was all gone. Praise God!
Jace (Judah 6) suffered from the common cold and her blocked nose meant that she could only breathe through her mouth. A few sisters (Lisa, Jasmine, etc) prayed for her and experienced such a heat that she began to perspire. After prayer, she was able to breathe through her nose. Thank God - she was healed.
HEALING OF GASTRIC/STOMACH PAIN
Hui min (Judah 1) went for prayer for his gastric/stomach pain. Hui min felt the pain move from the upper stomach to the lower half of the stomach and then subside as people prayed for her.
Nadia (Gold Coast Centre) went for prayer for gastric/stomach pain. After being prayed for, she was completely healed.
Luke (Eureka Group) went for prayer for pain in the stomach. After prayer he felt a whole lot better.
HEALING OF NECK INJURY
Jocelyn (Joseph Group) was in a car accident a few weeks ago where a car hit her whilst she was driving. After the accident, she had been experiencing sharp pains in her neck and shoulder blades, which affected her work and sleep. Coming into the healing conference, Jocelyn had prayed and fasted in preparation. On Saturday night, Pastor Wen’an & Christine prayed for Jocelyn. She believed God started the healing process on Saturday night. Now she has no more neck pain. Thank God!
HEALING OF BACK PAIN
Justin (Ablaze Group) went for prayer on Friday night for the stiff pain he felt in his shoulders. Ps Wilson prayed over him for the muscle pain and told him to relax, and as he did, he felt something lift from his shoulders and the pain went away completely.
Norma (Eureka Group) went for prayer for back pain that has plagued her for many years. Painkillers were required every night for Norma to be able to sleep. As Pastor Brendan called for people with back pain to be prayed for, she came in faith. Joan Chee prayed for Norma and sensed that within the next two days that Norma would be healed. As a result, Norma believed and prayed that she would be healed as soon as possible. Although the pain did not go away completely on Friday night, on Saturday, she felt no more pain.
Kelvin (Judah 6) had back pain. Alvin prayed for him and God healed his back.
Aya (Daniel 2) had back pain and due to this, felt a lot of restlessness. After she came for prayer on Saturday night, she was healed from this pain!
Anna (Judah 3) went for prayer for pain in her spine as a consequence of an accident. As she was prayed for, God took away the pain. 
Lisa (Eureka Group) has endured back pain for 11 months due to a high-speed car crash. The back pain hindered her school work and she had to take painkillers in order to ease the pain. She went for prayer over the three days of the conference as the Holy Spirit prompted her to go for altar call. God healed her starting from the top of the back to the middle and then to lower area of her back. After 11 months of taking medication, she has no need to take any painkillers since Friday night. She feels tremendously well as God healed her from back pain. God has also brought emotional healing to Lisa over the 3 days so Praise God!
HEALING OF SHOULDER PAIN
Sharon (Judah 1) had shoulder and back pain for the past two weeks after doing some weights training. She was in pain to the point where she couldn’t get out of bed at times and was unable to sit properly. Nick prayed for her and she felt something heavy and hot upon her and after the prayer, was able to stretch without feeling the pain. Praise God!
Simon (Eureka Group) had a painful shoulder for the past month and couldn’t lift anything. After he received prayer the pain was completely gone.
Jenny (Daniel X) had shoulder pain where you could hear her shoulder click and make sounds. After prayer the pain was completely gone!
HEALING OF WRIST AND ANKLE
Derrick (Judah 3) had twisted his left wrist. He was prayed over by Pastor Lance and God healed his wrist!
Crystal has experienced pain in her right ankle for more than a year. On Sunday morning, she still felt the pain when she woke up. She came for prayer during the service and was prayed over by a few sisters. She was able to move her right foot and the pain was completely taken away.
