Welcome to Eclub news. I want to invite every one of you to continue to enjoy reading and getting key information from the informative news and articles. Brother Peter has been a real blessing to us. He has recently been with us in Malaysia, landing in Kuala Lumpur and has been with us for three weeks ministering to some of our churches in Malaysia. He ministered in KL, ministered in Penang, ministered in Melaka.

As all of us know by now, Peter's passion to reach souls, to exercise God's power and gifting in signs and wonders, win souls to the kingdom, has been significantly recognised in Penang, in Kuala Lumpur and in Melaka.

Passion for the lost

I want to encourage you moreover brother and sister, winning souls should be our passion and responsibility. It's not just for Peter to do it. He has been an instrument used by God, but we should all be passionately praying and exercising our gifting and exercising signs and wonders. Believing God, He will continue to bring souls into the kingdom of God. I want to encourage you, let this be a key activity in our church that we will remember. We will challenge, we will remind our people, and to win souls into the kingdom by what God has already given to us; by praying, by sharing, by exercising signs and wonders, by continually reaching out to friends.

HOPE KUALA LUMPUR, MANDARIN HEALING SERVICE

On February 8, 2009, Hope Petaling Jaya Mandarin Church conducted its second Healing Service. This Sunday, we saw a crowd of about 105 people attending the service. People came with the expectation of receiving healing from God. The gospel message was preached by Peter Truong.

He shared on the need for salvation and how to receive healing and blessings of God afterwards. Altar call proceeded after the message; it was divided into two sessions of response and prayer: one call for personal and inner needs and a second call for those who needed physical healing.

During the altar call for those who wanted personal and inner healing, we saw 40 to 50 people responding and coming out to receive prayer. Many were touched by God personally and we trust that inner healing has started for those who sought God eagerly. For physical healing, there were about 20 people who responded.

HEALING TESTIMONIES

• There was one middle aged lady who suffered from leg joints and had to be in a wheelchair. We prayed for her, asked her to walk back and forth at the front of the stage and we were glad to see that God was healing her and that she could walk steadily. She responded by receiving Christ into her life that day.

Other physical ailments being prayed for included back and body pain, critical illnesses, hearing and vision problems. On that day, in total, we saw among those prayed for, five receiving Jesus into their lives for the first time. Praise God!

During the afternoon, God ministered to the Mandarin Church leaders through brother Peter Truong and sister Estee. In this prophetic session, many leaders received confirmation about their gifting and talents; they were encouraged and are motivated to serve God further. We shall see very soon God shall give our church the increase in number of disciples who trust and believe that everything is possible with God.

HOPE MALACCA HEALING MEETINGS

Hope Malacca church had 4 days of ministry with Peter Truong from March 2nd-5th. We had a very inspiring session on Monday and Tuesday, learning how to obtain more joy in our life. Many members were healed from their physical sicknesses and were awakened in their spiritual life.



HEALING TESTIMONIES

• Brother TC (African student) received healing for his strained shin while brother G (another African student) had his sore eye healed and many others were healed from muscle pain and stiff joints.

• Sister Jolee’s hearing in her right ear has improved after prayer. She was born deaf and we believe that the healing of God will be complete in no time. Sister Betty who suffered from muscle pain and was not able to turn her neck around was healed instantaneously after prayer. Brother Steven’s 70-year-old mother felt relief from her back pain.

• Sister Thandi G. Ogotseng (African Student) from the International student group was set free from the spirit of fear and experienced real joy and peace in her life. She can now face her life with confidence from the Lord.

We witnessed two salvations for the two days that the healing services were open to the public. One of the converts, Ee Lan, was touched to the point of tears by the message Peter Truong shared on “Jesus, our divine healer”. During the ministering session, Peter Truong, Brother David Lai and all the leaders prayed for those who responded to altar call.


The members were challenged and inspired in their spirit by witnessing the greatness of God in our midst. Many learnt the principle that serving God does not depend on our ability, but it is about reliance on God. To God be the glory forever and ever! Praise God!

HOPE KL WORKING ADULTS

Hope KL Working Adults had a healing meeting on Friday night where over 100 people gather together. This event was organized Keh Seng & Connie who are leading the working adults in Hope KL. Thank God for confirming His Words with signs and wonders. In addition, there were three people accepted Christ on the night.

HEALING TESTIMONIES

• Grace Abba, a Nigerian sister, also testified of God’s goodness on Friday night. For half a week, she could not bend over or clap her hands without experiencing pain in her joints. On Friday night, she felt the peace of God resting upon her. Now, she can clap her hands and bend over without any discomfort. All glory to God! Her flu and fever was also gone in Jesus’ name that night. Prior to coming for the healing rally, she had faith that God would work and indeed God has proved Himself faithful! Amen!

• Rekha, Hope PJ’s working adults’ unit leader, had been diagnosed with early stages of arthritis. At times, the joint pain was so severe, she had difficulty in walking. After being prayed for at one of Bro Peter’s healing rallies, she discovered that she no longer experienced swelling in her feet and hands and the joint aches was also gone. The pain and swelling had gradually disappeared over a period of a few weeks after she was prayed for. This dear sister’s healing bears testimony that God works beautifully in His time.

• Indra Tamang, a 42 year old Nepalese brother, had been suffering from a prolonged headache for three months. He had also been battling with joint pains for two years. After two years of praying for healing, on Friday night, he experienced God’s healing touch and felt good that his prayers for healing had been answered.

• Han Fu Chew, a member of Hope PJ, had been having ankle pain for six weeks. The pain was especially pronounced every time he climbed the stairs. On Friday’s healing rally, he felt the warm touch of God on his ankle. Since then, the pain has reduced considerably. Praise God!

• Nagendra Baral, a 25 year-old Nepalese brother, who had been having problems with his right eye was healed at Bro Peter Truong’s healing rally on Friday. He could only see very dimly with his right eye with vision further blurred by small dots. Nagendra had been suffering from this condition for seven years. After being prayed for, the dots that had blurred his vision miraculously disappeared. Praise God!

HOPE SERDANG HEALING MEETING

Pastor Kit Siang invited Peter Truong to Hope Serdang Centre for a night of healing ministry. Over 100 people attended this special event and many people got touched by the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Sabrina Chow (Hope Serdang)

I am an undergraduate student from UKM and pursuing my BBA studies. I was diagnosed with cervical lordosis and lower pack last July, 2008. All of this is due to the degeneration of my spine. I’ve been receiving chiropractic treatment and physiotherapy ever since my diagnosis. Despite the intense treatment, occasionally I will experience back pain if I work on a particular activity such as sitting still, standing or walking for long hours. My condition had gradually improved and I was pain free on early January.

On Chinese New Year’s eve, I had my reunion dinner back in my hometown with my family. Not long after the dinner started, I accidentally fell down on the floor because the stool that I had sat on earlier had moved away from its original position. Then, I had my back pain again the moment I stood up.

On 4th February 2009, I attended a healing session given by Peter Truong. The brothers and sisters together with Peter Truong prayed for me. I felt a natural burning sensation on my back; it felt like the therapy I had undergone where a hot pack was placed on my back. The next day when I woke up from my bed, I was feeling great when the pain had gone. Praise the Lord that I took only ten days to heal this round compare to the first round of back pain which took me more than six months to recover.
